1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using the Trektoo B2B Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Trektoo and the Partner Agency.

2. Agency Eligibility and Verification

Agencies must be legally registered entities in their respective jurisdictions. Trektoo reserves the right to request documentation and reject any application without specifying a reason. Approval is at the sole discretion of Trektoo.

3. Financial Terms & Wallet

  • Minimum Top-up: The minimum amount for wallet top-up via bank transfer is $500 USD.
  • Booking Payments: All bookings must be paid in full using the wallet balance or integrated payment methods at the time of booking.
  • Currency: Default portal currency is USD unless otherwise specified. Conversion rates applied by Trektoo are final.
  • Withdrawals: Commission or balance withdrawals are subject to a minimum of $50 USD and may take up to 5 business days for processing.

4. Booking and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the underlying supplier (Hotel or Activity provider). Agencies are responsible for communicating these policies to their end clients. Trektoo is not liable for losses incurred due to agency failure to communicate terms to clients.

5. Commission and Markups

Agencies are permitted to add their own markup on top of Trektoo's B2B rates. Trektoo charges a system commission (included in the B2B rate) for providing the distribution platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trektoo acts as an intermediary between travel suppliers and agencies. We are not responsible for the performance, quality, or safety of the travel services provided by third-party suppliers.
